Does Callan Injury Law have offices outside Boise?
No. Our only office is at 800 W Main Street, Suite 1450, in downtown Boise. We serve the rest of the Treasure Valley and southwest Idaho by phone, by video and by visiting clients who cannot travel.

Where would my injury case be filed?
It depends on where the injury happened and who is involved. Ada County cases are generally filed in Boise, Canyon County cases in Caldwell, Elmore County cases in Mountain Home and Gem County cases in Emmett. Most claims settle without a trial.
How soon should I call after an injury?
As soon as you can. Most Idaho injury lawsuits must be filed within 2 years, and a claim against a public body often needs written notice within 180 days.
