Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may also record basic technical details, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We do not use this to identify you.

If you give us your mobile number, Callan Injury Law may contact you by text message about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP. You can also call us at (208) 555-0132 and ask us to stop.

Is information I send through the website confidential?

Sending us a message does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed to represent you. Once you are a client, what you tell us is protected by the duty of confidentiality that Idaho lawyers owe their clients.

How do we keep your information safe?

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please share sensitive details by phone or in person.
